Governance

Governance provides a clear vertical, formal line of accountability from the Executive Team to the SWIFT Trust Board which is accountable to the Trustees of Colyton Grammar School, Education South West and the Department for Education.

In recognition of the scale and reach of SWIFT and the centrality of partners to its delivery, there is a clear horizontal line of accountability between the Executive Team and Partners through the SWIFT Partnership.
