Governance

Governance provides a clear vertical, formal line of accountability from the SWIFT Executive Team to the SWIFT Trust Board to to the Department for Education (DfE). Membership includes Trustees from Colyton Grammar School and Education South West and the Lead Partners of Colyton and Kingsbridge Teaching School Hubs.

In recognition of the scale and reach of SWIFT and the centrality of partners to programme delivery, there is a clear horizontal line of accountability between the Executive Team and SWIFT Partners.
