Vision Statement

Our vision is to create high-quality opportunities for staff to learn, develop and connect so that all children, especially the disadvantaged, achieve the best educational outcomes.

Values

  • We want every child to benefit from a high-quality education. 
  • We believe in active, purposeful and reciprocal partnerships.
  • We strive for the highest quality in our programme delivery in line with the best of national.
  • We commit to all school leaders, teachers and staff to feel valued and a sense of belonging.
  • We build trusting relationships with schools. ​

Aims

To enrich the professional experience for all staff and in doing so, to improve the educational outcomes for all children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds through our commitment to: 
​
  1. Increase the number of high quality new teachers entering the profession.  
  2. Support the retention of Early Career Teachers through our Appropriate Body Service and Early Career Framework. 
  3. Enable teachers and other professionals to improve continuously through training, coaching and research. 
  4. Develop outstanding leaders through high-quality training and connecting with innovation nationally.
  5. Cohere national, regional and local policies and practices to create powerful action for improvement.  
  6. Include all school types, sizes, phases and areas in our programme delivery and support.
