Conferences and Forums


​SWIFT has a strong reputation for providing high quality conferences and forum events.

Since 2019, we have attracted a wide range of high profile speakers, including Becky Allen, Tom Bennett, Christine Counsell, Paul Kirschner, Clare Sealy, Tom Sherrington and Dylan Wiliam (and others) to audiences of over 250 delegates.

We strive to provide a ‘premium’ experience to match national events and we are proud to do so for a fraction of the standard market rate.

Summer Leadership Conference


Our flagship annual Summer Conference event is scheduled in the Summer Term.

The purpose of our Summer Conference is to connect leaders in our region with the latest theories, research and innovations in education.

Our speakers include key academics, and at past conferences we have been pleased to welcome Becky Allen, Rob Coe and Lee Elliot-Major; as well as leaders from education, such as Sir Hamid Patel CBE and Ed Vainker and others.

Leadership Forums


Leadership Forums are held in the Autumn and Spring Terms.  Open to all school leaders, Part A includes two keynote speakers and Part B offers phase specific speaker and discussions, covering Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special/Alternative Provision.

Curriculum Forums

SWIFT Curriculum Forums are termly meetings that bring together middle and senior leaders from diverse educational settings to examine the latest curriculum approaches.

​Effective curriculum design and delivery sits at the heart of great education for children and we are mindful that recent years has seen a renewal of leadership focus on curriculum.
