The CPD offer from SWIFT has been fantastic, with teaching staff, middle and senior leaders benefitting from high quality courses and events; participation in a wide range of free and reduced-fee CPD programmes makes membership great value. SWIFT membership has also provided valuable opportunities for collaboration with school leaders in other educational settings, supporting an outward facing approach to school development.

As a leader, I have found my membership of SWIFT extremely valuable, across several schools and many situations. It has offered wide ranging and far-reaching benefits in many fields: personal, professional development, leadership think tanks, quality, school-wide CPD opportunities and peer-to-peer support to name but a few. All at incredibly strong cost to impact value.
