Introducing Exeter Supply Partnership

Exeter Supply Partnership is a growing primary Teacher and TA supply service working with schools across Devon. In order to enable more schools to access their ‘not for profit’ services they are looking to recruit more teachers, teaching assistants and nursery practitioners across Devon and Torbay. 
 
Three things that make ESP unique:

• It is a not-for-profit organisation, which means they keep their costs to schools as low as possible while paying their teachers fairly. There are no hidden fees, and they don’t work on commission or targets. Any surplus made is reinvested to benefit the teachers and schools, for example to fund professional development for the teachers.

 

• They do not charge a finder’s/ introduction fee. Unlike other organisation, they won’t charge a fee if there is a teacher or teaching assistant in their team that a school would like to employ directly. In fact, they would rather actively support the school to find the right staff.

 

• Schools can advertise vacancies, for any role, for free on our jobs board, South West Education Jobs. Setting up an account is simple and schools can add as many adverts as they would like.
